Why do some people lose the maximum amount of LBS per week and others the minimum? What do women who lose 3 lbs + plus + each week and men who lose 4-5 lbs + plus + each week have in common?
Here are my observations from their weekly journals –
Oct – Jan
* They JOURNAL ! When you started with us at Ideal Health NOW we let you know one of the requirements is to keep a journal. Don’t slack off ! The coaches go over your journal – so bring it!
* These dieters eat a VARIETY of VEGGIES each week. I have been looking at their journals and counting how many different varieties of veggies they consistently eat – and they ALL eat a variety of at least 7 or more different types of veggies a week.
* Those who Maximize their inches and weight loss each week eat a VARIETY of LEAN PROTEIN.. When I look at their journals – I drool because they eat 4-5 different types of Animal or Seafood protein each week.
* Those who achieve a higher than average loss of FAT %, inches lost and LBS lost each week drink more water.
* People who eat an Ideal Protein soup at least 4-5 days a week report higher losses on the scale and Tape Measure. Take advantage of the winter season. They also think of it as an afternoon protein snack time.
* They EAT the higher carb restricted Ideal Protein product before 3:30 pm most days of the week.

Recipe
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls – Italian OR Mexican Style
Preheat Oven – 350* F Bake – 40 Minutes Serves 4
Ingredients :
12 Cabbage leaves
2 lbs of lean ground meat
1 onion – chopped or minced in food Processor
1 bell pepper – chopped or minced in food processor
2 eggs
2 cups of shredded leftover cabbage in processor or a bag of shredded broccoli ( i picked out carrots)
1 tsp of Italian seasoning or dried basil or …. Mexican Seasoning like Cumin and Chili Powder & Chopped Cilantro
2 chopped Roma Tomatoes or 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes drained or 1 cam of Rotel
1 – 2 tsp minced garlic
salt & Pepper
9 X 1# “ Casserole dish
Sauce Opt: # 1 – 1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes + 1 splenda packet + 2 tsp Olive Oil + ½ tps Italian Seasoning + ½ tsp minced garlic
Sauce Opt # 2 – Salsa
Directions:
1) Boil Water – Add large Cabbage leaves t1 – 2 at a time to boiling water for 1 – 2 min. til limp.
2) Stack leaves on paper towels
3) In a Large bowl – Add
Raw ground Meat,
Chopped Tomatoes or canned tomatoes or Rotel
Seasonings – like Italian seasoning, garlic salt & pepper
2 Eggs
4) In a Food Processor or finely chop onion, bell peppers and add to Meat Mixture.
5) In a food processor or finely shred leftover cabbage to equal 2 cups and add to meat mix.
6) Stir meat Mixture well
7) Use ⅓ – ½ cup of Meat mix into limp Cabbage leaf and Roll up tucking in the sides and place in a 9 X 13 Casserole dish
8) After all leaves are filled and rolled and places in casserole dish – TOP with Sauce options.
9) Place casserole in a preheated oven and BAKE @ 350 * F for 40 min.
10) Any Leftover Cabbage – saute in olive oil – turn off heat and add chopped onions.
Serve Cabbage Rolls on a bed of saute’d cabbage.
