This cookbook is based on eating a ketogenic diet. A ketogenic diet is a way of eating that utilizes fats as the main source of fuel for the body. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, and low carb. I was inspired to start this fun project because my husband and I started trying to figure out how to come up with creative, yet healthy meals.
