I thought it might be a good idea to review and remind why this diet is effective and will bring you better health. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a medically designed and supervised protocol that results in fat loss while sparing muscle mass. So, when your blood sugar drops and the fat cells are “locked” from burning fat for energy, you get sugar cravings and the cycle begins all over.
